Many files claiming to be "Extended" are actually the theatrical cut with a few deleted scenes tacked onto the end as extras. A genuine extended cut will have the footage integrated into the film. Look for the scene where Hannibal first recruits Murdock in the asylum; that scene is longer in the extended cut.
