Instead, it uses an intimate, verité style to capture their daily life, their rituals of preparing for swinger parties (choosing lingerie, grooming, discussing boundaries), the parties themselves (filmed with tasteful framing and blurring when necessary for privacy), and most importantly, the emotional aftermath. The title "Bloom Up" refers to their belief that swinging helps them "bloom" as individuals and as a couple.
