Load an Ensemble Hit patch. In the mixer, mute the "Low" and "Mid" mics but keep the "Distant" mic. Route the output to a separate track. On that track, put a sub-harmonic generator (like Waves RBass or Logic’s SubBass). Now layer that with a dry, close-mic hit from a different kit.
