Go to and set up Windows Hello Face again. 3. Reinstall Windows Hello Face Optional Feature Sometimes the software component itself needs a refresh. Go to Settings > Apps > Optional features . Find Windows Hello Face , click it, and select Uninstall . Restart your computer.
