This is a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable error. The portable version expects it to be on the host PC. Find the vcredist_x86.exe from 2010 and put it on your USB. Run it once on the host machine (requires admin rights, breaking "zero footprint"). artcam pro 2012 portable
